Welcome to Mabui Receipt Organizer, a free beta service provided by Mabui Find.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the application accesses, how it is used, and how we handle Google user data.
2. Information We Access
Gmail (Read-only)
Mabui Receipt Organizer searches your Gmail account for receipt and invoice emails and reads information necessary to locate supported attachments.
Supported attachment types include PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG.
The application does not send, delete, modify, archive, or mark emails as read or unread.
Google Drive
The application creates folders and saves supported receipt attachments into your own Google Drive.
Files may be organized automatically by year and month.
The application uses Google Drive access to manage files and folders used by Mabui Receipt Organizer.
Apps Script Triggers
If weekly automatic scanning is enabled, Google Apps Script triggers may run scans on your behalf when you are not actively using the application.
3. How We Use Gmail Data
Gmail data is used only to:
- Find receipt and invoice emails
- Identify supported attachments
- Process those attachments for saving into Google Drive
Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
4. How We Use Google Drive Data
Google Drive access is used to:
- Create destination folders
- Save receipt attachments
- Organize saved files
- Prevent duplicate uploads
- Manage files created or used by Mabui Receipt Organizer
The application is not intended to browse or modify unrelated files in your Google Drive.
5. Data Storage
Mabui Receipt Organizer does not maintain an external database containing copies of your Gmail messages or receipt attachments.
Receipt attachments are stored in your own Google Drive.
Information may be processed temporarily while performing a scan.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for advertising.
We do not share Google user data with advertisers or other third parties, except where disclosure is required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
Mabui Receipt Organizer does not maintain a permanent external database containing Gmail messages or receipt attachments.
Files saved to your Google Drive remain there until you delete them.
Stopping or resetting the service does not automatically delete files previously saved to Google Drive.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect Google user data.
OAuth access tokens are not intentionally exposed or shared.
Only permissions required for the operation of the application are requested.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Revoking Access
Users may stop using Mabui Receipt Organizer at any time.
Google permissions may be revoked from Google Account settings.
Users may also stop scheduled scans or reset the application.
10. Children's Privacy
Mabui Receipt Organizer is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
